When do I need to book my hotel?

If you choose to get a hotel apart of the room block, the cut-off to reserve is June 25, 2025!

Where should we stay?

We have blocked off several rooms for you to reserve over the wedding weekend. Please click on the "Travel" tab of the website to book your room!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outdoors followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. The dinner and dance will be held indoors.

What time is the wedding?

Our ceremony will begin at 5 pm. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes early. The ceremony​ will be followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and a dance. The dance will wrap up at 11:30pm

Where should I park?

There will be a large gravel parking lot right in front of the Atrium Venue

Am I allowed to bring a Plus-One?

Each invitation will specify if a guest has been added or not!

How can I get back to the Hotel?

The hotel that is a part of our room block offers shuttle services to and from the event. If you choose to ride the shuttle home but drive your car to the Atrium you will need to pick up your vehicle from the Atrium by 8 am on 07/26! We want everyone to make it home safely!
