HOW DO I RSVP?

To RSVP, go to the RSVP tab on the website and search your name. If you are having any difficulties RSVPing please email theeliasons25@gmail.com

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Ceremony begins at 5:00pm (MST). However, we strongly encourage all guests to arrive between 3:30-4:00pm while Saskatoon Farms is still open to the public. The farms include a gift store, market, U-Pick for Saskatoon Berries and a restaurant. Please arrive no later than 4:30pm.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Saskatoon Farms (80181 338 Ave E #20, Foothills County, AB T1S 4S3)

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors partially covered in the lat house. The reception to follow will be indoors.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is free parking at the venue for those who decide to drive.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue for guests requiring transportation. Pick up and drop off location will be at Carriage House Inn Calgary (9030 Macleod Trail, Calgary, AB T2H 0M4). The shuttle will be available for all guests, you do not have to be staying at the hotel to use the shuttle. Ubers and taxis are also available for transportation to Saskatoon Farms.

CAN I BRING A DATE? ARE KIDS INVITED?

Although we would love to invite everyone and their significant others/kids, unfortunately our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate plus ones and kids listed on your invitation.

WHERE SHOULD WE BRING OUR WEDDING GIFT?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding card box and table will be at the venue.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

April 1, 2025
