Our caterers and vendors run off of a head count we give to them prior to the wedding. If your invitation did not specify a date, we ask that you do not bring one. If your invitation did specify a plus one, it is up to you who you choose to bring or not to bring, but we ask that you do not exceed the amount of guests given.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our evening.
WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
Our ceremony venue is the Wedding Pavillion at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Our cocktail hour will be held at the Whitehall Room and Patio at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Our reception venue is the St. Augustine Hall at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
While the ceremony begins at 5:00pm, we ask that you arrive anywhere from one hour to thirty minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure that you have ample time to park and find seating.
IS THERE PARKING ON SITE AT THE VENUE?
Yes, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa can accommodate guest parking on site. Parking is first come first serve, so please be sure to arrive with ample time to find parking.
WILL THE CEREMONY BE AN UNPLUGGED CEREMONY?
Yes, we will be having an unplugged ceremony at our wedding. What this means is that the use of cell phones during the ceremony for any reason including photos and videos is prohibited. We have wonderful photographers who will be capturing all of the magical moments.
WILL THE WEDDING BE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?
The ceremony and reception will both be held inside.
IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS?
Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. For more information, please see the "Travel" tab!
