Due to Covid-19, our guest list has been drastically reduced. RSVP is now required so we can adhere to the guidelines of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.&nbsp; We are only having immediate family members attend the Mass. We ask that you arrive at the reception.&nbsp;

Health and Sanitation Measures&nbsp;













-Hand sanitizing stations will be at every entrance as well as on tables/bars.













-During main entrance hours, we will prop open one door for guests to enter through as well as keeping the doors ajar for air flow. 













- Providing outdoor activities and bar seating options













-Guests to remain social distancing measures while waiting at the bars. 













-All cups will be disposable and thrown out after each use.















-Basic face masks will be available (and encouraged) for all guests.













-Catering has requested all guests wear face masks as they make their way up to the plated dinner line.













 





VENUE SPECIFIC INFO IN REGARDS TO COVID-19











There are currently no formal restrictions and requirements for our wedding at this time. In phase three of Governor Kelly's "Ad Astra: A Plan to Reopen Kansas", the recommendation for gatherings is at 45 people.&nbsp;The W Banquet Hall&nbsp;occupancy according to the Fire Marshall is 275&nbsp;people. Our wedding party and guests total 35%&nbsp;occupancy and therefore there is plenty of room to social distance. The venue is privately owned and they do not have the requirement to wear masks. Although, we recommend guests wear face masks and will be providing them near the entrance. If there is a city, county, state, or federal mandate put into place instead of a recommendation, then we will have to reschedule the wedding.









 









 

















We appreciate our family being so accommodating during this time. We understand if you do not feel comfortable attending our celebration but if you would like to celebrate virtually we will be posting a link to live stream our ceremony.&nbsp;
