Q + A

When do I need to RSVP by?

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 30th. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will have to mark you as a "no". This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we hope that you understand.

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP by doing it here on this website! You can go to the home page and click the “RSVP” button, search your name, and RSVP for you and your party.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of predetermined plus ones allocated via your wedding invitation. When you RSVP online it will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one!

Can I bring my kid(s)?

On your invitation, if your child is specifically listed on the envelope along with your name, they are welcome! (However, if you and your partner would prefer a date night out without the kids, also fine by us!) If they are not on the invite, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate them. We also ask that all kids are out of the venue by 9:00pm - we hope you can understand!

What’s the dress code?

The dress code will be semi-formal. Ladies - this is your night to dress up! Men - we would love for you to dress your best as well! Wear a nice button-down or collared shirt with some dress pants! We ask for guests to refrain from wearing colors like maroon, burgundy, and rust to avoid clashing with our wedding party. Ladies, out of respect for the bride, please do not wear any white/cream colors.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors (unless the weather doesn’t agree) and the reception will be indoors. Ceremony and reception are both held at the same location.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 and we expect guests to arrive by 4:00. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, please wait until it is over so there are no distractions.

Can I take photos?

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we request that all of our guests refrain from pulling out their phones during the ceremony for photos to allow everyone to be fully present. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. At the reception, however, we encourage everyone to take photos and to please share those with us!

How do I know where to sit?

There will be a seating chart inside that will let you know which table you will be sitting at for the reception. For the ceremony you are free to sit wherever you would like!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Yes! We will be having an open bar. However, as much as we love a party, please keep your limit in mind during the reception. There will also be a tip jar for our amazing bartender! :)

What time does the reception end?

Our venue requires all guests to leave by 11:00pm.

Where do I send my gift to?

You can send it to the address linked in our registry! We will also have a card box set up at the venue.

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Thank you so much for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Travel" tab to see hotels in the area.

Who should I contact about any questions I have about the wedding?

You can contact the mother of the bride, Beuna, at (740)579-6435. Or the maid of honor, Alyssa, at (740)359-6320.
