Click the RSVP tab and type your name or any name from your party that was listed on the invitation. Everyone who is invited within your party will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you only RSVP for yourself and your guest(s). Please note if your RSVP also contains a rehearsal dinner RSVP.
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by June 10th, 2024. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as 'not attending' as final numbers are due to all vendors shortly after the deadline. We understand that not everyone can attend our wedding, please let us know if you aren't able to make it by the RSVP date.
Can I bring a +1 or my children?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones or children unless specified on your invitation. For plus-ones, your envelope would state, your name and "guest." For families/children, your envelope would state, "(your name) and Family" or "The "your last name" Family." When you RSVP on the website, it will state the exact number and names of people that you can RSVP for. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly before the RSVP deadline. We understand that this may be difficult for some of our guests and understand if you are not able to attend due to the limited capacity the venue offers.
What should I wear?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for the evening, so please no jeans, tennis shoes or any casual wear.
Is there a hotel block available?
We have a room block at the Conrad under the 'travel' section of our website. With so many hotel options within walking distance of the church and venue, we wanted to make sure everyone can pick a preferred hotel.
Will transporation be available from the hotel to the church?
It is a quick 5-8 minute walk from the church to the cocktail hour/reception venue (Indianapolis Artsgarden). However, we know not everyone feels comfortable walking downtown or may not be able to walk that far. We will have transportation set up from the Conrad Hotel to the church (connected to the Indianapolis Artsgarden) for the ceremony. Transportation will also be available following the ceremony to take guests back to the cocktail hour/reception at the Indianapolis Artsgarden. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns.
