What was your most memorable date?

Duong - Our one year anniversary was at B2 Bluefin. During this time we had a friend who was a manager and we were treated like royalty. I found out that Corey never had A1 Wagyu beef. We decided that because we were celebrating an important date, that it was worth the splurge. The sushi bar sent over all kinds of apps for us to try on the house and it was the start of a new tradition. Ever since, we make sure we celebrate our anniversary or any other occasion with a YOLO mindset. I think this is where we became foodies and our love for sushi really started here.

Corey - Our spontaneous date to KOOMA. One Friday night the vibes were just right and we decided last minute to take them to one of our favorite sushi places. What separates this place from most others is that the drinks are STRONG. After a few Smoked Old Fashioneds and Lychee Martinis, we ordered way more food than we could ever eat. We immediately got full on appetizers, took our entrees home.

What's your favorite activity together?

Duong - Corey and I picked up snowboarding during Covid. I had gone a few times when I was younger but it was a good 10 years apart. We took our first lesson together at Bear Creek and haven't looked back. Our favorite mountain so far has been Okemo and Stowe, both in Vermont. Excited for our next adventure in Zermatt, Switzerland.

Corey - Definitely snowboarding. What started as a fun hobby that we'll "Just take a few lessons and see how it goes" has taken us across the country and soon across the world. We've snowboarded in Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, New York, had a rained out trip to New Hampshire and next month Switzerland/Italy. It's lead to some incredible adventures.

Where are you going for your honeymoon?

Undecided - Italy and Scotland are on the list, We don't plan to take our honeymoon until 2027 so any recommendations are welcomed.

What's the best meal you have eaten together?

Duong and Corey - La Nonna D'oro in Cassis, France. It was our first time in Europe together and we were with some of our best friends enjoying the scenic marina views. We all ordered something different and shared and drank lots of wine and it was incredible to experience that.

What's the most memorable trip you have taken together?

Duong - Southern France 2024. Corey was able to experience Europe for the first time with a group of our friends and I think there's no better way to explore the world than with the people you love.

Corey - This might be recency bias, but I'm going with our most recent trip to Boston. About a week before New Years Eve, we decided to join our bestfriends on a trip to celebrate the New Year. Not sure if it was the how spur of the moment it was or the memories that were made, but something about Boston felt magical that night.

Duong - Fitness and Health. Since we both met at a gym event it is safe to say we are both dedicated to staying healthy and fit so that we can continue our adventures together at an old age.
