Dustin and Allison met at Bodenseehof, in southern Germany back in 2018. They knew they liked each other from the get-go. They went for bike rides along the lake and walks into town for ice cream. On Christmas day in Killarney, Ireland, Dustin asked Allison to be his girlfriend. The couple had a couple more months together before returning home.

5 years of long distance dating commenced.

The trips from Manitoba to Ontario and vice versa always brought joy to them both. But it wasn't always easy- especially in 2021 when they only saw each other once during that entire year, after 11 months of being apart.

There's always light at the end of the tunnel and regular visits started up again. On June 9th, 2024 Dustin proposed to Allison. She said "YES!" Now, the couple is planning their next adventures- their wedding, honeymoon, marriage and beyond.
