We are encouraging guests to use our wedding as an opportunity to pull out your formal attire that has been sitting in your closet. There are no specific requirements for clothing style. However, darker tone formalwear is preferred. Please don't stress about this, we are just happy to have you no matter what you are wearing!!

Dress Code

AmenitiesBe sure to enjoy recreational amenities, including a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center. RoomsStay in one of 15 guestrooms featuring Smart televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and digital programming is available for your entertainment. Bathrooms have shower/tub combinations and hair dryers. Beaver Creek Lodge, Cabins & Cottages

Cozy fully furnished cabins. Perfect location if you are planning on bringing a sled and heading up the mountain on Saturday! Rooms are reserved at these three locations for wedding guests to book until January 1st. Please call Bonnie Cole (250-569-7071) if you need assistance with booking or have other questions.

Ceremony Location 

McBride Seventh-day Adventist Church1075 Lamming Pit Road From McBride, drive West on Highway 16 5.8 km to Lamming Pit Road Turn Left (South)and proceed up Lamming Pit Road 1.3 km Turn Right (West) into the parking lot.

Reception Hall 

Robson Valley Community Center 441 Columbia Street, McBride From McBride Main Street, turn North onto 5th Ave, curve Left at the end of the street Community Center Parking is on the right just past the Arena.

Can I bring a plus one? 

No, we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on the invitation.

My children are not named on the guest list, can I bring them? 

Although we love children, we have chosen an adult only event to allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening, Children are NOT invited to the wedding and reception. However, we would love to have them come to the dance starting at 9pm!

Can I take photos during the ceremony? 

We want you to be fully present with us in this moment. We kindly ask that you keep your cameras and phones tucked away until the reception
