We plan to have the rehearsal dinner this same day at sometime in the evening on the property.

May 15th 2025 (05/15/25) at 10am-11am
What is the guest attire?
Please refer to the wedding party tab for picture examples.
Greens, browns, tan, black, and florals.
Ladies: below knee dresses, with tank, shoulder or elbow sleeves. Please no mini dresses and no spaghetti straps or strapless.
Gentlemen: Hawaiian shirts! Solids or designs that coordinate with theme.
Khaki pants or blue jeans. Flip Flops or boots
Please feel free to pick a couple things you like and send them Erica’s way and she will approve. I know this may seem crazy but we don’t want anyone sticking out because we would like to use this time to get some nice family photos.
Where is the ceremony?
We are having the ceremony down by the waterfall so guest will be expected to make the 20 min walk down the hill to the waterfall, please take your time and watch your step! We don’t want anyone falling or twisting ankles, there are even bench’s to take rest on the way down. Don’t worry it’s not as bad as it sounds, we wouldn’t have picked this unless we knew everyone could do it. Just be mindful of your step!
What times do we eat on the wedding day?
So we will have a brunch before our ceremony around 8, and hors d’oeuvres after the ceremony around 10:30-11:00. We will then be having lunch at 12pm. So bring your appetites, because we will have plenty of food for everyone throughout the day!
Who do I contact if I have a question?
Erica - 832-977-6046
Please try to remember the time difference.
You can contact me usually around noon your time and that’s when I will be able to get back to most. Thank you!!
Where do I send money for the bed and breakfast?
You can contact Erica if you have any questions regarding this as well. She’s the one trying to get everyone’s money together so we can pay it all at once. If you know how to Zelle that would be the fastest but I know not everyone has that so we can discuss ways for everyone to be able to get their payment to us easily. Just to remind everyone it’s a 2 night stay on the 13th and 14th of May. The payments are due by March 1st. Thank you everyone for doing all that you’re doing so you can join Dylan and Erica in a magical celebration of love and new beginnings! We wouldn’t want this any other way than with all of you there to celebrate it too with us! ❤️
What island am I going to?
Hawaii can be confusing when googling it! You a lot of times get other islands if you don’t know what you’re looking for. There are 8 islands in total. You will be looking for “Big island Hawaii” you are actually coming to the island of “Hawaii”, where the state actually gets its name. When googling cities on the “big island” these are the ones to look at for things to do, restaurants, etc. “Kona” this is where everyone will be flying in. It’s the second biggest city on the island so it has the majority of things that aren’t as nature related. “Waikoloa” is a city in between “Kona” and “Waimea” where we live. The second city to look at is “Hilo” this is on the other side of the island close to where we will be having the wedding. This is the biggest city in the island. There are also maps located on the Travel tab, in case anyone is confused.
