When should I arrive to the wedding venue for the ceremony?
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:30pm to allow time to park, enter the venue, and find a seat. Due to pathway layouts, all walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 4:50pm for the ceremony. No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted. Late arrivals will be permitted to join the cocktail hour and reception following the conclusion of the ceremony.

Can I take photos during the wedding ceremony?
We ask that all guests be fully present during our ceremony and allow our professional photography team to capture this moment for us. Please ensure to silence cellphones prior to the start of the ceremony.
Are plus-ones or additional guests allowed?
Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus-one, it will be noted on the invitation in order to RSVP.
Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?
We respectfully ask that wedding photos not be shared on social media until the bride and groom have an opportunity to post their photos first! A QR code link for sharing photos with us will be provided during the reception. We can't wait to enjoy all of your candid photos of our special day!
Where do I park at the venue?
There is plenty of complimentary parking available at the venue including accessible handicap parking. Look for signs to the "Legends Ballroom" (turn right from the main entrance). Follow signs from the parking area along the pathway to join us at the ceremony.
What food and drink options will be available?
During the ceremony, fruit-infused water will be available. Passed hors d'oeuvres will be served along with coffee and iced tea during the cocktail hour. Alternative drinks will be available at the cash bar, both during the cocktail hour and reception. A plated dinner will be served during the reception along with a champagne toast and cake to celebrate the new bride and groom! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
