The dress code for our event is cowboy cocktail attire. It is important to consider that the venue features dirt flooring. We advise women to opt for footwear with a block heel or sandals for practicality. Guests are welcome to wear cowboy boots, as we will be wearing ours at the reception!

As much as we love your little ones, we kindly request this be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us! (Infants under 12 months are welcome!)

As much as we would love to host all of our guests and their plus ones, we are unable to accommodate a plus one unless it is otherwise stated on your invitation.

We are asking that all guests rsvp by April 10th, 2025 so that we are able to get final numbers to our venue and caterers. If you are unable to attend we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final head-counts shortly after.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5 pm. We ask that you arrive around 15-30 minutes before so the everyone will be seated on time. If you you are unable to make it before 5 we ask that you wait by the valet and join us for the cocktail hour.

Our venue doesn't have a physical address. If you need a general idea of where it is, you can search for "Desert Foothills Events" on Apple or Google Maps, and it'll show you a pin for the location. Detailed directions and a map are posted down below. Once arriving at the venue follow the dirt rode back to the welcome sign. Here there will be complimentary valet to park your cars. We do recommend using uber or lyft if you plan to enjoy the open bar!
