We both swiped right!


After we matched on a dating app, we FaceTimed for hours then decided to meet in person. We both knew what we were looking for in a life long partner so talking about our morals and goals came natural and easy.


Within 5 months, I (Maya) moved from Iron Mountain, MI (original Yooper) to Appleton, WI. Doing life together, traveling, and creating memories has seemed like we’ve known each other for years.


Within 8 months, Dylan pulled off a complete surprise proposal in Vero Beach, FL. People have always said when you meet your person you’ll just know. The friendship, partnership, love, care, and respect we have for each other is proof that saying is true. We believe our journey to find each other was God shaping us into the person each other needed one day.


We cannot wait to share our special day with our close family and friends at a destination location. Our greatest memories together have been our travels, so we don’t see having our wedding any other way. The best memories are yet to come with everyone!
