Their journey began nearly a decade ago at Simpson County Academy. Bailey had been a student there her entire life, but her sophomore year brought someone new—Dylan. From the moment they met, there was an undeniable connection. Their first date was on August 22, 2015, at O'Charley’s, followed by a movie. Just a few days later, on August 28, Dylan officially asked Bailey to be his girlfriend, marking the beginning of a love story that would stand the test of time. Through high school, they were inseparable, but college brought new challenges. Dylan attended Mississippi State to pursue Mechanical Engineering, while Bailey studied Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Southern Mississippi. Though the long-distance was difficult, their love remained strong. Dylan earned his degree in December 2022, and Bailey completed her master’s in May 2024. After a decade filled with love, growth, and cherished memories, Dylan proposed to Bailey on New Year’s Day 2025—ushering in a new chapter in their beautiful journey together.
