Is their a dress code?
Sunday Attire!
We’d love for everyone to come dressed in their Sunday best—something nice, comfortable, and perfect for celebrating with us. The ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be outdoors. September weather is usually warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so keep that in mind when choosing your outfit!
Can my children come?
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that only children from our immediate families attend the ceremony, due to limited space inside the chapel. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?
Following the ceremony, please join us just across the street at the Heart Pine Hall house for the reception—it’s a short and easy walk from the chapel.
Since we’ve chosen not to do a first look, we’ll be taking some time after the ceremony for photos. During this time, enjoy hors d’oeuvres to hold you over until dinner is served at 6:00 PM.
Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place indoors, while the reception will be held outside—so you’ll get the best of both worlds haha!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parked, and settle in before it begins.
Is their parking on site?
Yes! They have signs posted where you can park. We will also have people to help direct you!
Who should I contact if I have more questions?
If you have any questions that weren't answered by the Q+A, please email Payton at hutchinspayton@yahoo.com and she will get back to you as soon as she can.
