Q + A

Is The Wedding Indoor or Outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors with areas of outside entertainment. There is an indoor plan B if Colorado weather does not cooperate. *Please wear comfortable shoes! We will be on a farm that requires walking between the ceremony space, cocktail area, and reception area. All areas are ADA accessible, however, all areas of accessibility do require walking with the option of stairs. Please see https://www.venetuccifarm.org for photos and visual reference

How Do I RSVP?

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab on our website and fill out the online form with the name(s) listed on your invitation.

When Should I RSVP?

You can RSVP as soon as you'd like! Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by August 1, 2026. This allows us time to give our vendors a correct headcount prior to the wedding.

What Should I Do If I Can't Make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your absence on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

What Happens If I don't RSVP In Time?

If we do not receive a "yes" or a "no" by August 1st, 2026, you will be marked as a "no". We will miss your smiling face, however, we have to provide final guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. You will not be allowed to show up to our special day, and there will be no seating, food, or beverage accomodations for you.

What is the dress code?

As you all know, we are a "come as you are" family. Please dress comfortably and casually, preferably in western attire. We kindly ask for no t-shirts and no white (if you're asking yourself or your friends if it's too much white or "too close to white", don't wear it). See the "outfit inspo" section of our website for ideas!

Can I Bring a Plus One/Date?

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitations will be addressed to "The [your name] family", Mr. & Mrs. [your name], [your name] & guest, etc. if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Are Kids Invited?

We know you love your little ones, and we do too! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of some immediate family. Your kiddos name(s) will be included on your formal invitation and when you RSVP. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night to let down your hair!

Is There An Open Bar?

Yes! Drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! All drunken shenanigans will be heavily photographed and thoroughly mocked for years to come. * Please note: our team of highly trained and experiened bartenders, along with the venue staff and bridal party, reserve the right to cut off anyone (including family and those in the bridal party) and refuse service to anyone who is visibly too intoxicated, a potential harm to themselves or others, or causing problems in any way. We're all here for a good time, please be prepared to act respectable.

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. The greatest gift you can give to us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired our amazing friends and family at Creative Captures Photography to capture this moment for us to share with you all. Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like after the ceremony!

Where Should We Park?

There will be plenty of designated parking for our special day! There will be reserved parking for the bridal party and those requiring ADA accommodations.

Are There Accomodations for Those of Us Coming From Out of Town?

We'd like to specially thank everyone making the trip to see us for this special celebration. Please see the travel tab on our website for more info on hotel blocks reserved for those coming from out of town or just wanting a special night away! Please be prepared to make arrangements for rental cars or Lyft/Ubers for those that require transportation or may not be safe to drive home. Drive safe, don't drive drunk!
