We met in junior high when Dylan moved to Alexandria- but neither of us can pinpoint an exact date. We would text back and forth a lot throughout high school. Our friend group would hang out here and there in the summertime as well. But when COVID shut down the school, we had a lot of time on our hands, so we talked more often and got to know each other better. Senior year, Abby asked Dylan to go to the prom - and after that we spent the summer (with our friend group) with each other. After three years we reconnected after some very necessary maturing. We started dating in August of 2024 and were engaged in late April of 2025. In total we have been friends for over 8 years. We are so looking forward to starting this next chapter together as husband and wife!
