Our love story began through the bond of friendship. One of Dylan's best friends, Christian, introduced us while he was playing basketball with his friends. Little did we know that moment would mark the inception of an extraordinary journey together.
Their first date was to Noodles and Company followed by watching the movie, Bad Mom's Christmas at the movie theater in Crystal Lake. Their second date (pictured above) was at Palace Bowl in McHenry where Dylan asked Mannon to be his girlfriend. From this moment on he knew one day she was going to be his wife. Since then they have been together for 6.5 years and been inceperable since.
Mannon and Dylan ended up going to different colleges, but no matter the miles between them, their love knew no bounds. As they embarked on separate paths to pursue their dreams, the distance only served to strengthen the bond they shared. Dylan is now a Special Education teacher and Mannon works for the City of McHenry.
It look Dylan 5 years to propose to Mannon, but she knew he was worth the wait. He proposed at the Sparkle Winter festival in Rosemont where there were tons of twinkling Christmas lights. Both of their families were there to cherish this moment.
Mannon and Dylan's journey together has been enriched by furry paws of their puppies, Millie and Ozzie. Their fur babies fill their home with laughter and unconditional love. We could not imagine our lives without them!
As we stand on the threshold of a new chapter, we are filled with gratitude for the love that has guided us thus far and anticipation for the adventures that await. We cannot wait to celebrate with you on September 7th! Cheers to endless memories and love!
