What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Our ceremony and subsequent reception will occur at Glen Manor House (3 Frank Coelho Dr, Portsmouth, RI 02871) which is wheelchair accessible. Depending on the weather, the ceremony will take place outside on the grass.
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?
There is ample parking at the venue and Uber and Lyft are also available in the area! Additionally, a trolley will transport guests between the venue and Homewood Suites, where we have reserved a block of rooms. Additional info to follow.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (on grass) followed by dinner and dancing inside.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We've reserved a block of rooms at a reduced rate for our guests at the Homewood Suites in Middletown, RI (~12 minutes from Glen Manor). The rooms are available July 5th - July 7th (2-night minimum requirement). To book, follow the link below and enter the Group Code 'SJW' with the aforementioned dates. Alternatively, reservations can be made by calling the hotel and mentioning our event (Spets and Janson Wedding) while booking.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code is black-tie optional.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Unfortunately, due to space restrictions at the venue, we are unable to accommodate young children.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Of course! Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when you send in your RSVP card.
Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?
We're looking forward to celebrating with you on our big day. Having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all, however, if you're looking for wedding gift ideas, we've registered here for things that we would appreciate as we begin our newlywed life together. Please see the registry tab on our website for more information.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
If you choose to honor us with a gift, please send gifts to our home address (the return address on your RSVP envelope). A card box will be at our wedding.
What is the wedding day itinerary?
Our ceremony will take place at Glen Manor House at 5 pm followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please plan to arrive ~15 minutes early (around 4:45) to ensure yourself ample time to park and settle in for our 5 pm ceremony.
What time will your wedding reception end?
Celebrations will wrap up around 10:30 pm.
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
