Dylan and Berkeley went on a weekend trip to Solvang with friends. This is where they got to know each other even better and, despite how this picture may look, Dylan decided to ask Berkeley out after this.

At TMU's Fall Fest together days before their first official date. Dylan asked Berkeley to go with him after spending a month becoming friends.

Around this time Berkeley "accidentally" told Dylan she loved him...and Dylan told her his New Year's resolution was to get engaged.
