Yes, there are blocks of rooms reserved. In order to get the group rate, please book your room using the link on the travel tab by April 10th. Please see the travel tab for more information.

The ceremony will start at 5:30. Please arrive by 5:15 to ensure you have enough time to get from the parking lot to the ceremony space.

We kindly ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony. Our photographer will take care of the pictures and we will share the photos once we receive them.

There will be a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception with hors d'oeuvres and drinks provided.

The shuttle will leave Embassy Suites at 4:30.
