Moon Palace is a new spot from Chef David Chang. It is a quick, casual place to grab a bite.

Moon Palace centers around a compact menu of Tastys, Hot Chips, and Half Dips. A Tasty is a griddled patty topped with American cheese and caramelized onions served across two rolls from King’s Hawaiian. There are two varieties: Beef and Not Beef. Not all patties are created equal and the Beef Tasty is made with a blend of all natural brisket and short rib. The Not Beef Tasty is made with Impossible meat. Hot Chips are freshly fried potato chips seasoned with salt or honey butter. We believe that the “perfect chip” isn’t perfect to us. Our Hot Chips are a mixture of crunchy and chewy textures that we love. Guests can order a side of Luna Sauce to dunk their chips in. A Half Dip is made up of two pillowy pancakes filled with marshmallow fluff and half-dipped in chocolate. New to the menu is The Breakfast Tasty. Topped onto a King's Hawaiian with egg and your choice of bacon, spam or hash browns.

To order at Moon Palace, guests line up along an open kitchen where they can watch our team griddling Tastys and frying Hot Chips. Guests can take their food to go or grab a seat at one of twenty stools along a countertop with a view of the kitchen or the action of The Palazzo.
