Our love story began at work 2018. It was a typical busy day, I was working, but José came in for an interview. We locked eyes with one another, total strangers who just so happened to share a moment a moment we will not regret.

Our first date was a memory I won’t forget. I was preparing to take a big exam which would determine my job career in the hospital. José came over to me, and asked what I was doing, and I told him I was studying for my exam. He goes to me “if you pass this exam I will take you to any restaurant you wanted.” A week later he watched me open my results and we celebrated in that moment. He kept his promise and took me out.

PS: If you couldn’t find José, you would always find him next to me having the world’s best conversation. Our conversations always felt like we were destined to cross each other’s paths. It was almost as if fate itself conspired to put us at the same site, so we would meet.

Over the years, we’ve built a life filled with countless milestones. From moving in together and taking our first getaway to Puerto Rico together. This trip to Puerto Rico was a trip full of love, laughter, cries, and more. It shows our relationship in so many ways it allowed us to grow to know each other so much more. From the rain forest to Old San Juan our love grew and from there we knew our journey as a couple was meant to be more.

Our adventures, whether they were exploring new places, hiking, or cozy nights in with a movie, has strengthened our bond in ways we never imagined. On December 25, 2022, I asked José, the most amazing, kind, pure hearted, loving, conversational man to marry me with family and friends around us.

Our journey as a couple has been filled with so many cherished memories and happiness.

As we stand on this incredible journey together, we are filled with excitement and joy. Our wedding day is not just about celebrating our love; it’s about joining our lives in front of our cherished friends and family. We can’t wait to dance the night away, share our vows, and embark on this beautiful adventure as husband and wife!
