It was December 18, 2013 on a cold winter night!!! Doreiko and I worked together at the mighty Tyson plant. I worked on a production line not too far away from him. Unlike Doreiko, I was known to be somewhat of a loud and outspoken person, while working the line. I had never really noticed Doreiko previously, but little did I know, Doreiko was listening, watching and admiring me all along. As time went on, a co-worker (Mrs. Lisa), and I noticed that we had a fresh face (Doreiko), all of a sudden working closely beside us. Mrs Lisa jokingly said to me, "Ebony I think someone likes you"!! We laughed about it and I really didn't think much of it. So, one night the production lines went down. That prompt me to start up a conversation with Doreiko. We really enjoyed talking to one another and realized we had a lot in common. As the weeks passed by, our friendship grew stronger and stronger. That friendship would eventually lead to us dating , falling in love and having the privilege of becoming parents to our bundle of joy, Aiden Amir Rush. These past 5 years leading up to our marriage have been some of the best years of my life. We both are looking forward to joining hands in matrimony and spending eternity together!!
