Well........ we met through our former partner/husband. We grew close as friends and spent a lot of time together. As Tom's marriage dissipated we became realistic about how deep our feelings were for each other. On New Year's Eve in 2017 we formed our partnership. We lived together in Nashville and in 2022 we planned to change our residence to Florida. We explored Ft. Lauderdale and decided that what we wanted for a certain budget could be obtained on the Gulf side of Florida. Since we had been together for 6 years it was obvious to us that this is a relationship that is for a life time. It was our decision to take our partnership to marriage.
