It all started at Wheaton College! We both moved onto campus and met at the Beamer Bash, the gathering for freshmen students. We thought nothing of it and didn't cross paths again for months.

After a few years of being in the same classes and athletic circles, Eddie asked Naomi out. It took some persistence and patience, but eventually Naomi said yes. This is our first picture together, taken just a few hours before we became official. At that point, neither of us had any idea that we would be a couple later that evening!

And then we started a long-distance relationship. Just five days after becoming a couple, our relationship was built on FaceTime calls, with us 1,000 miles apart. Eddie often fell asleep :)

We both came back to campus and served as mentors on the 1-2-1 Team, a mentoring group for BIPOC first-year and transfer students through the Office of Multicultural Development.

We both played sports all 4 years of college, both earning 2022 CCIW Respect Awards for our teams.

Eddie started substitute teaching in Prince George's County School District in MD.

Naomi started a new job, working at Girl Scouts River Valleys in the Program Department

Eddie made a big move to Minnesota, started a job at Hope Academy as a technology teacher, and officially ended our long-distance relationship!

By 2025, our social media presence was steadily growing, had gained a following of over 20,000 on TikTok alone, and had millions of views across several platforms.

After 4 years together, we got engaged! Eddie proposed at the National Arboretum while both the Bunker and Scott families were at home, ready to celebrate! All of this was planned by Eddie and was a surprise to Naomi.
