We met in March 2025 at a Peruvian taco truck with friends. We sat next to each other and talked all night—there was an instant connection. Two days later we had our first date in Santa Barbara, and that day we decided to start dating with hopes of marriage. In June, Eddy took me to his home country, Guatemala—one of my bucket-list trips. On June 19, 2025, in Antigua at Casa Troccoli, Eddy proposed in a beautifully decorated cave behind the restaurant. It felt like a fairytale. From the day we met, we’ve been laughing and loving ever since, and we can’t wait to celebrate with our family and friends on June 4, 2026 in Camarillo, CA.
