Clara moved across the street from Edith when they were 8/9 years old and became best friends. Although, in their adult years they were in completely different life stages they stayed connected and have always been there for each other. Clara has always been a very supportive, understanding and true friend. Edith is blessed to have such a long loving friendship with Clara and is very honored to have her as her matron of honor.

Edith and Angel were friends in high school and reconnected a few years ago and became very close. Victor has known Angel since elementary school. Angel has been a very loyal and loving friend to both Victor and Edith. Edith adores Angel and can always count on her, no matter the time or day. Having Angel as a best friend and maid of honor is a blessing.

Edith and Michelle met at Michelle's wedding 5 years ago. (Michelle is married to Victor's lifelong friend, Jimmy Cruz) After spending much time together through this connection, they became very close friends. So close, in fact, that Michelle is now the little sister Edith always wished she had.

Maria went to high school with Edith and Victor. Her husband, Noel is a lifelong friend of Victor's. Edith did not know Maria until they met at Michelle and James' wedding 5 years ago. Maria has been a wonderful friend to both Edith and Victor and is always willing to open her heart and home for love and encouragement. (Parties too)

Annie has known Victor and his family since they were kids when they met at church. Annie went to high school with Victor and Edith. Edith and Annie met at a mutual friend's event and soon after, became close friends. Edith always looks forward to girls excursions with Annie.

Isabela is Edith's youngest daughter. Isabela is a sweet, empathetic, beautiful, young lady and is very close to her mom. Caring and creative, Isabela always looks to find ways to brighten people's lives.

Mike is Victor's "Little Brother". Victor has always looked out for Mike and has always been his biggest advocate in all of Mike's endeavors. One of Victor's proudest moments was attending his little brothers ceremony when Mike became an Orange County Fire Authority Captain. Their bond is deeply rooted in The Word of God and their legacy of family and faith.

Although they ran in similar circles growing up, Joe and Victor really got to know each other and became close coaching high school football. Over the years, Joe and Victor have remained, truly, true blue friends. However, being in their presence, one must be aware of put downs, snide remarks and good natured ribbing. It's anyone's guess as to what these two will say or do.

Noel is one of Victor's oldest friends. Their bond was born on the playground of John Adams Elementary and the baseball fields of Butterfield Park. They formed the "Mexi-Rican Connection" while playing football at Adams and in whichever class they had together growing up. As adults they drifted but reunited at Jimmy Cruz's wedding and picked up right where they left off.

Another life long friend, Joe and Victor have always bonded over baseball (from which they first met playing little league), ranflas and rolas. Victor has always admired Joe's steady personality and character. A gentle but firm soul, Joe has been a great influence on Victor.

Jimmy and Victor have known each other since they were seven years old. Playing baseball (running theme here) and hanging out through high school, they have remained friends through life's ups and downs. Victor knows that he can rely on Jimmy no matter what life throws his way and considers him and his family as his own blood.

The Tocayos have known each other since, wait for it, playing on the major Reds in little league. They remained friends through junior high and high school. The Tocayos reunited at church and check in on each other frequently, offering prayer and encouragement along the way. Victor even played matchmaker and introduced Vic to his now girlfriend. Victor appreciates the wisdom and sincerity of Vic's heart.

Adrian is Michelle and Jame's son. Adrian is the sweetest little boy and is very loved by Victor and Edith. Victor affectionately calls him "Adriancito" and his "Little Buddy". Victor and Edith are very delighted to have Adrian as their ring bearer.

Leia is Clara's (matron of honor) daughter. Leia is outgoing (personality plus), witty, and smart. Leia will always will be the "princess" and Victor and Edith are honored to have her as their beautiful flower girl.
