Brian plans a romantic getaway at a cabin in Skykomish to propose. After weeks of researching, planning, and making reservations at local restaurants, Brian's well thought out plans were derailed, as both Brian and Edith got COVID right before the trip. Determined to make the most of a tough situation, Brian and Edith still made it out to the cabin in the woods. After a day of exploring the outdoors, they return to the cabin for some rest. There, in the middle of the kitchen, Brian gets down on one knee and says: "Whether we get eaten by a bear in the woods, or die from COVID, I want to spend the rest of my life with you- Will you marry me?" It was an easy "yes" for Edith. The newly engaged couple celebrated this momentous night with pasta and Prego sauce. The night couldn't be more perfect.
