The deadline to RSVP is MAY 26th, 2025. Please use the RSVP page of our website and search for your name to RSVP. To help with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible! A reminder to RSVP will be sent 2 weeks before the RSVP deadline, however If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will have to mark you as a "no". We need to provide the venue and our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand. The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all be held at The White Room. The ceremony will be in the Villa Blanca room. Doors open for guests at 3:30 and the Ceremony will begin at 4:00. Please, don’t be late! The Cocktail Hour and Reception will follow immediately after the Ceremony and will be held in the room next door, the Grand Ballroom.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting our guest wear cocktail attire for the evening. Think suits (not tuxes) and dresses. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white!

The Bride, Groom, Wedding Party, and Family are staying at The Casa Monica Hotel, which is a 4 minute walk to The White Room. We do have a block of room reserved for a reduced rate. There are a limited number of rooms in the block, so if you would like to stay at the hotel for the reduced rate, we recommend booking as quickly as possible. Please visit the “Hotels” section of our website and use the link for The Casa Monica to reserve your room at the reduced rate. While we have only reserved a block of rooms at The Casa Monica, there are many other accommodation options available if you would prefer to stay somewhere else ! Please check out the “Hotels” section of our website for more accommodation recommendations.

The White Room does not have its own parking lot. We have reserved a limited number of spaces at the Trinity Parish Church Parking Lot at 215 St George St, St. Augustine, FL 32084. The parking lot will be open two hours before the wedding and will close at 2:00 AM. There is no overnight parking. Parking spots are limited and street parking is not guaranteed. If you are staying at one of the many hotels close to the venue, we would recommend walking or Ubering to the venue. Most of the recommended hotels are in walking distance! Please don’t drink and drive !

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. When you search your name to RSVP, only the people listed are included in the invite. If you have any questions, please reach out to Edyn.

No. We will be serving a buffet style dinner with both meat and vegetarian options available.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please RSVP "NO" as soon as possible, but at the latest MAY 26TH 2025, so we can plan accordingly.
