In addition to yummy bites during our cocktail hour, there are three meal choices for dinner. PLEASE NOTE the chef is able to make any changes based on allergies so don't worry about that (just note it on your RSVP card)!
SALAD COURSE
Wild baby arugula salad with shaved parmesan and asiago blend, roasted butternut squash, candied walnuts and sweet bourbon mustard vinaigrette
MAIN COURSE
Choose one and indicate with your initials on your RSVP Card
STEAK OPTION
House dry aged sirloin steak with arugula and blue cheese whipped potatoes, roasted tomato compound butter and tomato conserve
CHICKEN OPTION
Pinot noir and vidalia onion braised chicken, roasted crimini and asiago sage whipped potatoes, pinot noir reduction sauce
VEGGIE OPTION
House sweet potato perogies with a snap pea, walnut and leek saute and green goddess dressing
We will have a shuttle available for guests leaving the reception, which will depart in a couple of waves. For those that drive to the venue, you will be able to safely leave your car overnight and can then carpool, Uber/Lyft, or hitchhike from that field you passed out in to grab it the next day. If you are not staying at the Courtyard Marriott or Homewood Suites, please let us know so we can add your accommodations to our list of stops.
