Eileen and Ian's love story all began on the soccer field when they were just 6 years old. They attended Woodridge Primary School together, but it wasn't until high school that they became friends. Fate brought them closer when Ian found himself seated behind Eileen in English class, and their bond continued to grow as they were chemistry and physics lab partners.

Their love story blossomed during senior year when Ian mustered the courage to ask Eileen out. From there, they embarked on an incredible journey together, attending Kent State and graduating side by side.

Moving to Lakewood brought them even closer, and they faced the ultimate test of their love when the pandemic hit, spending months together 24/7. Their bond only grew stronger during this time.

After nearly 8 years together, Ian chose their favorite spot at Lakewood Park to propose, and of course Eileen said yes!
