The dress code for the ceremony and reception is Formal, Black Tie Optional. We request all guests wear black. If you do not have black, no worries! Please wear another dark color (i.e. navy, dark brown, dark gray, dark green, etc).

Sun Country Airlines offers very affordable flights from MSP to CVG. To search these flights, you must go directly to the Sun Country website.

Guest are welcome to arrive whenever best suits them. Elaina and Nick suggest arrival on Friday November 1st.

Guests are welcome to depart whenever best suits them. There will be a brunch for all guests staying at Hotel Covington on the morning of November 3rd. Please plan travel accordingly if you wish to attend.

If you do not wish to stay at Hotel Covington, there is a Marriott (Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter) and an Embassy Suites (Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter) a few blocks from Hotel Covington. There are also a lot of nice airbnbs in the area.

Nick and I don't think out of town guests need to rent a car! Hotel Covington is less than a 20 minute drive from the airport so definitely okay for an uber! Around the hotel there are many restaurants, bars, breweries, stores, and things to do! The hotel is a 20 minute walk from downtown Cincinnati.

Unfortunately, Hotel Covington does not validate parking. There is a pay to park garage directly behind Hotel Covington at 24E W 7th St, Covington, KY 41011. Street parking is also available.
