Hotel accommodations in Chelsea, MI are below (the 2 hotels are next to each other and less than 10 minutes from the wedding venue). We have arranged a shuttle to/from these specific hotels to the venue as Uber/Lyft transportation is not a reliable option in Chelsea. We have a total of 35 rooms that we were able to block (mix of king and double queen rooms). If these hotels become booked, you may also consider staying on the west side of Ann Arbor (Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ann Arbor West is 20 minutes from the wedding venue, but we did not block rooms or arrange transportation here) or sharing a room with other guests/friends (to make your trip even more fun!)

We have 20 rooms blocked - 10 Kings, and 10 Double Queen rooms. Guests can call the Baymont Reservations Line at 877-361-2496 to book under the block at a discounted rate of $166.49 (per night total with tax/fees). Guests will have to mention the block name which is Sears Wedding and what type of room they would like to reserve along with a credit card. Itinerary # is 5136B433657252 if you are asked.
The cutoff date to book and cancel is May 28th. This is the last day guests can reserve rooms under this block and also the last day they can cancel their reservations if needed. After May 28th, if guests do decide to cancel, they will be charged for the room.
