Elan and Sam's journey together began at the University of Oklahoma, where Elan was a proud member of Delta Delta Delta and Sam a devoted brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon. They were friends for years, before realizing their true feelings for each other. In January 2018, during their Junior year, their friendship blossomed into a beautiful romance.

Their time in Norman, OK was filled with joy and adventure. From cheering at football games and attending concerts to discovering the best Asian cuisine in the city, every moment was a treasure. They cherished their Junior and Senior years, making the most of their time with friends and each other.

After graduating, Elan and Sam both returned to Dallas, where they continued to build their life together. They enjoyed exploring the city, discovering new favorite spots, and creating lasting memories. Their adventures also took them to new places, with New York at Christmas holding a special place in their hearts. Sam introduced Elan to skiing, and despite needing a bit more practice, she loved every moment on the slopes. Their bond grew stronger with each passing day, as they found best friends and soulmates in each other, perfectly complementing one another.

Elan and Sam share a deep faith in Orthodox Christianity and attend church together every Sunday. This shared belief has been a cornerstone of their relationship. Sam has embraced Elan's Lebanese heritage and loves its rich culture.

The pinnacle of their love story came on February 10th, 2024, when Sam orchestrated a heartfelt proposal at The Rosewood Mansion Hotel. He planned a day filled with meaningful moments, including a beautiful speech, a high tea—a favorite pastime of theirs—and a special song he wrote for Elan. It was a perfect, unforgettable day.

Now, they are eagerly looking forward to their wedding on February 1st, 2025, exactly seven years after their first kiss during their Sophomore year of college. Their love story weaves together friendship, adventure, and steadfast faith, and they eagerly anticipate the chapters yet to unfold.
