Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony will be at San Francisco City Hall “The Mayor’s balcony”. The reception is an early dinner at Covale rooftop beer and wine bar in Gilroy.

What time should I arrive?

Seeing as the ceremony location will be right in the middle of the city of San Francisco, we recommend that you arrive 1 hour before the start of the ceremony at 11:00 am. This will ensure that you have enough time to park and that everyone is seated on time.

Where do I park?

Please see the Travel area for the online link to the parking directions. There are 2 parking garages for parking- The Civic Center Plaza Garage: 355 McAllister Street (at Polk) Or The Performing Arts Garage 360 Grove Street (at Gough)

How do I find the Mayors Balcony?

The Mayor’s Balcony is located on the second floor of San Francisco City Hall. It’s directly below the stunning large clock. The area is extremely easy to locate from the main entrance on Polk Street. You simply walk in through the main door, walk a few steps to the elevator on your left, go up one floor, exit the elevator, take a left and you’re on the Mayor’s Balcony!

Where do I sit?

Picture of Where do I sit?

The Mayor’s Balcony seats 40 guests. We expect around 60 attendees, with the first row reserved for the parents and grandparents of the couple. The remaining rows will be open seating, and any overflow will stand. The ceremony will be brief, so thank you for your understanding.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, we will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Once we wrap up our photo session, we will head straight to the reception venue in Gilroy. At the reception, we will enjoy dinner, drinks, and cake at 4pm together. We look forward to celebrating with all of you!
