It all began in Arlington, whether you count our initial meeting during gym class at Yorktown High School, or our next meeting almost a decade later at a party in Clarendon. Meanwhile, both sets of our parents moved from Arlington to Falls Church and McLean, and we went to college at Virginia Tech and UVA. Yes, it's a mixed marriage, and the rivalry is real (at least for Parker).

We left Arlington ourselves in 2023, spending time in Charleston, South Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee before settling in Denver, Colorado. We plan to return to Denver after our Northern Virginia wedding, but who knows if that's forever, or just for a few more years?

Right now our time is spent outdoors: Hiking and skiing, on the tennis courts and golf course, or simply walking around the streets and parks of our current, sunny, wonderful city.
