Our Wedding

It all started at Auburn High School — the place where young minds are shaped… and apparently, where future spouses unknowingly cross paths. Elena was coaching field hockey, fully focused on the game (and maybe *slightly* distracted by the cute athletic trainer on the sidelines). Marcus was charming, friendly, and definitely easy on the eyes — but Elena kept it strictly professional. She wasn’t about to make a move, especially not at work. So naturally, she did what any reasonable person would do: ignored him completely. Fast forward a bit, and she figured, “Okay, why not?” Gave him a shot… and then quickly hit the brakes. Why? Because life is hilarious and Elena ended up being the teacher of Marcus' youngest sister, Kayla. Awkward timing at its finest. But apparently, he wasn’t giving up that easily. Over the next year (yes, a *year*), Marcus became a man on a mission — consistently sweet, patient, and charmingly persistent. Eventually, Elena caved (fine, *finally* gave in) and let him take her on a date. One date turned into forever. And now here we are — from sideline glances and Instagram DM messages to planning a lifetime together. They can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!

Our wedding will be formal, but since it’s a warm August celebration, think elegant meets summer garden party. Light fabrics, breezy silhouettes, and bright or romantic colors are all welcome! Suits, tuxes, long dresses, and elevated cocktail attire will all fit right in.
