What is the Dress Code?

Please wear cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or sport coat and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Please feel free to embrace our Christmas theme with your outfit!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by November 28th, 2024! If we have not received a response from you by that date, we will assume you are not attending.

What is the best way to RSVP?

Please go to our RSVP tab and type in your name to find your invitation!

Can I bring my kids?

The total number of guests included in your invitation will be listed on the formal invitation to come, but generally, all invitations addressed to the whole family are inclusive of children, while those addressed to a “Mr. And Mrs.” are an invitation to a parents day out on us!

What type of food and drink will be served?

A full brunch can be expected.

I have dietary restrictions. What is the best way to let you know?

We will have a wide variety of food to cover most needs, but please let us know on your RSVP if you have questions about your/ your kids particular situation.

Do you have hotel blocks available?

Yes! We’ve booked a hotel block at the Hotel Indigo at the Panama City Marina. Check out the travel tab for a link to the block, as well as alternate lodging recommendations and activities in the area!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The Mass, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors.

What will the bridesmaids be wearing?

The bridesmaids will be wearing a mix of emerald and champagne floor length dresses.

What kind of weather can I expect?

Temperatures in Panama City in late December are generally around 60 degrees, but it could be anywhere from 50-80 degrees.

Can I bring a plus-one?

All plus-ones will be specifically named on your invitation.

Will there be a time gap between the Mass and Reception?

Nope! We have opted to take formal portraits after the wedding to maximize the time we get to spend with you, our guests!

Can you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town?

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Please be cognizant of the professional photographer and allow them to take photos without phones in the way. Please also remember to remain reverent during the Mass.

How long will the ceremony be?

We are so excited to celebrate the sacrament of Matrimony in the context of a full Catholic Mass, so you can expect the ceremony to take about an hour.
