We kindly ask our guests to wear formal attire for the wedding. For women, we suggest elegant cocktail dresses, midi to floor length dresses or a jumpsuit. For men, we strongly encourage a suit and tie.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive at 4:30pm to make your way to the courtyard and find a seat. Doors to enter the courtyard will close at 4:50pm until the processional has ended.

Yes, the ceremony will start promptly at 5pm in the Courtyard of the Vie. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony.

Transportation will be provided for guests staying at the W and the Element hotels to and from the wedding. The trolley will leave out front of the hotel promptly at 4:20pm, please by outside by 4:15. Keep in mind hotel check in is at 4 pm, we suggest calling ahead to request a early check in. The hotel will accommodate the best they can.

Yes, there will be complimentary valet parking at the venue. There is very limited street parking available in the area.

Those who are able to bring a guest will be notified on their formal invitation.
