24 Days To Go!

Is there a Dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal / cocktail attire. Family Please wear floral patterns. Guests kindly wear solid colors. Ladies please refrain from wearing white or ivory.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) at the lawn of the lodge. The reception will be indoors in the Quillayute Ballroom (still at the lodge)

What time should I arrive?

Ceremony will take place at 3:30pm. We will start welcoming guest around 3pm (we encouraged our guest to arrive at least 30 mins to make sure everyone is on-time to get themselves situated).

Can I RSVP late?

We love you.... but no. Our caterer, bartenders and seating chart need a headcount, so please RSVP by March 1st 2026. If we don't hear from you by then, we'll assume you're sending love from afar.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there will be plenty of available parking for our guests. Please check out the Lodge weekend tab, or Lake Quinault Lodge website to check out their map of areas for parking.

Can I bring a plus one?

We'd love to celebrate with everyone, but our venue space and budget are limited, so we're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be dancing, games or other entertainment?

Yes! There will definitely be dancing, but we know it's not everyone thing. For our non-dancers, we'll have a cozy corner with board games and other low-key fun so everyone can enjoy the evening their way.

Are there hotel blocks or nearby accommodations?

Yes, there are rooms blocked at the Lake Quinault Lodge. Please use the Promo Code (Group code): 2KN6F4 for the room block and a 10% discount. Please click on Lodging tab for more nearby accommodation options.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Sea-Tac is the closest airport to the venue. Check out the "Getting There" tab for more information. Another option would be to fly into Portland for a more scenic drive up the Pacific coast.

What should I do if I have questions on the day of (or leading up to) the wedding?

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to either of us (Eli and Nicole) via text, and we'll get back to you at our earliest convenience. Please keep in mind that as the wedding date gets closer, things may get a bit busier on our end, so our response time might be a little slower. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding and we can't wait to celebrate it with you!
