Q + A

Do you have a hotel block?

Yes! We have created room blocks for two nights (Friday 10/11 and Saturday 10/12) and one night (Saturday 10/12). Check out the "Travel" tab for booking links. Have a group of people you want to stay with? We recommend checking out Airbnb or VRBO as an alternative option.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only (18+) event with the exception of immediate family members. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring additional guests?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What is the Dress Code?

We ask that you wear cocktail attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. No jeans please!

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Please RSVP by September 11th 2024.

Is there on-site parking?

The Harris Building offers valet parking! Guests will pull up to the valet manager who then enters your phone number and car information into their app. You will receive a text with a link to click when you are ready for your car at the end of the evening.

What if guests need to leave their cars overnight?

All cars need to be out of the valet lot when the reception is over. Once there are only a few cars left, the valet staff will bring all cars to the front of the building in the valet line. Any unclaimed keys will be given to the last of our cleanup crew. The Harris Building staff is not responsible for finding overnight parking for any guests. Cars are allowed to be left in proper spots on the street or in the parking ramp, but if you choose to park in the ramp overnight, you will be responsible for paying any parking fees.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! Drinks on us, hangover on you.

Can I take Pictures?

We are having an unplugged ceremony which means no phones or cameras. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you can't attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. Guests that do not RSVP by the deadline of September 11th will be marked as "not attending" and we will not have a seat for you.
