No. For most of the food you won't be able to tell the difference. The menu is mostly comprised of foods that wouldn't normally have gluten in them anyways. And the substitutions are pretty simple and have little to no difference in taste or texture. For example, Lays potato chips are a gluten free alternative to Pringles.

The formality of clothes you would wear to church on Easter. For women this means, a dress or a nice blouse with dress pants. For men this means slacks, khakis, or chinos with a button down shirt (Tie and sport coat are optional). Please, NO jeans. Being a backyard wedding much of the terrain is dirt so I would recommend wearing flats, boots, or sneakers. If you would like to wear heels make sure they are chunky and stable.

You are welcome to bring a cloak if you wish, but other than that, only children 5 and under are allowed to wear costumes. (No men in tights especially tight-tights even if you want to roam around the forest looking looking for fights)
