Our Wedding

After having met in middle school band, we were brought together, once again, in high school and started dating on August 26, 2019. We continued dating throughout high school and faced many challenges, but seemed to be brought closer together by them all. As we have grown together we realized we want to spend the rest of our lives together. Dakota finally asked Elisa to marry him on August 13, 2024.

McKinley was both Elisa and Dakota's teacher at one point or another in high school, but she was also the assistant director during Elisa's time in theatre. After Elisa graduated, she and McKinley formed a friendship!

My favorite thing about our friendship is having someone I can go to with anything and always receive guidance.

One of McKinley's favorite memories of Elisa is when Elisa photobombed every cast member's costume photo during their performance of "A Midsummer Night's Dream"

Elisa and Mixon met at the end of Elisa's senior year of high school. Their first time hanging out was at Elisa's graduation party and after that they were fast friends!

My favorite thing about Mixon is having a friend to be there for me through it all, from literal sickness to all the good times too!

Mixon's favorite memory with Elisa is all of their late night drives to the beach and blasting music through Downtown Savannah

Elisa met Jenni while they were both in the Echocardiography program at OTC. They were able to form a closer bond when Jenni's clinical site got moved to to same place as Elisa. 

My favorite thing about Jenni is having a friend who understood our time during school. Jenni was always there for me to celebrate all the highs and help push me through the lows.

Jenni's favorite memory with Elisa was when they would get a "Holly Friday" and go eat lunch together

Jordan and Elisa met through theatre and formed a friendship that has only grown since then!

My favorite thing about Jordan is her positive attitude about almost everything. She knows exactly how to help calm my nerves and put a smile on my face just by being herself!

Jordan's favorite memories with Elisa are from their time in theatre when they would sneak off during rehearsals to make videos dancing in their costumes

Elisa and Gavin met in middle school, but didn't have a close friendship until their time in theatre during high school. 

My favorite thing about Gavin is getting to be myself no matter how chaotic or calm! Gavin is always supportive and down to do whatever, even if it's watching medical shows he doesn't always understand.

Gavin's favorite memories with Elisa are from the time they got to spend together during his senior year making it fly by

Dakota and Ethan met before the start of their freshman year during marching band. After being introduced to each other they couldn't stop talking from there. 

My favorite thing about Ethan is his humor and how he can always make me laugh when I do and don't need/want to. 

Ethan's favorite memories with Dakota is from their times they worked on their cars together and taking them out for the rest of the night.

Dakota and Luke also met their sophomore year of high school, because of Michael's friendship with both of them. They grew closer with the year to follow having more classes together.
My favorite thing about Luke is he is always someone I can talk to when I'm down and always there to make me happy.
Luke's favorite memories are the times when Dakota and Elisa would randomly bring him ice cream to sit in the car and talk.

Dakota and Michael met in high school during their sophomore year. The first few months all they did was talk in school, never paying attention.
My favorite thing about Michael is having someone there to get me though the ups and downs that life has.
Michael's favorite memory with Dakota is when they went on a field trip to see the perry fair for their Automotive class, and all the late-night drives that were to follow.

We are asking that guests wear Beach Formal attire. Please avoid wearing white (or colors that appear white), flip-flops, jeans, and shorts thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out!

For our out of town guests who are looking for somewhere to stay for the weekend, our venue has a sister company that is located on Tybee Island!
