Our event will begin at 6pm sharp and is scheduled until 11pm, at this time the vendors will begin to tear down and guests must exit.

Unfortunately we can not accommodate any additional guests not explicitly stated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you.

Invitations will detail all guests invited including children.

We encourage you to wear your best ! Preferably not t-shirts or any loungewear.

Our event will consist of dinner, casino games, a raffle, an open bar stocked with beer and assorted canned beverages, as well as a cash coffee bar.

We will have a seating chart available designating everyone’s tables for dinner.

Our event will be hosted in Jacksonville Texas, at this time we are not affiliated with any lodging but we do recommend: Best Western Jacksonville Inn or Holiday Inn Express.
