We met on August 26 2022 at one of Andrew’s fraternity events, while both attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. We instantly hit off.

After a few months of friendship, Andrew headed home for fall break, while Elisabeth stayed back in Lincoln. Realizing how much she missed him, Elisabeth called Andrew and told him to ask her to be his girlfriend.

We continued to date throughout the school year. For our first Christmas together we got Chiefs tickets for New Year’s Day and it soon became a tradition for us.

We started spring semester of Junior year by going to Andrew's military formal.

We were lucky enough to attend Andrew's fraternity formal and take our first trip together.

After we finished off junior year. Andrew went to CST for the Army Reserves and we endured long distance for 6 weeks.

Although apart for a few weeks, we enjoyed our summer with a family trip to the lake!

We spent time together exploring the Black hills, this is when we realized how much we enjoyed traveling.

We went into senior year together. Starting off with Andrew’s softball games and Elisabeth always in the stands to support him.

On October 18 2023 we celebrated 1 year of dating!

We kept our Chiefs game tradition and attended a very cold game in December of 2023.

We attended another one of Andrew's military formals during senior year.

In May of 2024 Andrew graduated college and commissioned into the Army Reserves.

In June of 2024, we made the move from Lincoln to Lenexa were Andrew began work at RSM and Elisabeth works as a registered behavior technician and will be graduating from UNK in December.

On July 27th 2024 after a perfect day together, filled with all of our favorite things. We ended the evening by walking to one of our favorite spots, we left engaged.

As much as we love living in Kansas, we make as many trips to Nebraska as we can!

Kept our Chiefs game tradition this year! We went to an earlier game this year, since we moved down to the KC area!

Elisabeth graduated from UNK!
