Bittersweet Cafe and Confections

Located in downtown Louisville about ten minutes from the venue, this is a beautiful place for coffee, brunch, mimosas, breakfast, etc.

Waterloo

This American / Tex-Mex restaurant is one of Liz and Kyle's favorites for their jalapeño poppers, delicious cocktails, and variety of yummy foods! Liz and Kyle love the roof patio.

Sweet Cow Ice Cream

Recommended by Isabel (Liz's bridal party), cute and family friendly ice cream about ten minutes from the venue.

Liz and Kyle live in Severance, and spend a lot of time in Fort Collins (where they met!). If you have the weekend in Northern Colorado and want some additional things to do or want to explore some of Liz and Kyle's favorite places, here are some suggestions!

Blue Mountain Vineyards

Liz and Kyle LOVE going to date nights at this affordable and beautiful vineyard! BYO snacks, taste amazing wines, and walk around the gorgeous property. This is where the engagement pictures were taken and is about 20 minutes North of the venue.

CSU Trial Flower Gardens

This is Liz and Kyle's FAVORITE place in Fort Collins! Many picnics, study hang-outs, and coffee dates were spent here. Located on CSU campus about an hour North of the venue, this garden is a MUST if you are going into Fort Collins!
