Alex & Elise begin their story in College Station, TX. Throughout freshman year, Alex had taken notice to the girl that lived a floor below in their dorm, Hullabaloo Hall. Per Alex's words, after a few times of him "chickening out" to talk to his crush, he gathered the courage to arrange an introduction thru mutual friends. Feelings were quickly reciprocated by Elise due to Alex's charm, humor, and lively personality. Frequent run-ins during the beginning of sophomore year are credited to running in overlapping friend groups and attending the same events during the fall (such as Century Men's Society tailgates, whoop!). This is the first picture Alex and Elise have together. Shortly after this day Alex asked Elise to go on their first official date to BJ's in College Station.

Alex asks Elise to be his girlfriend. Elise is over the MOON over having her first boyfriend ever!

Alex and Elise get to experience all the excitement of being a new couple. Sophomore year was filled with meeting each others’ friend groups, families, and attending endless events with college organizations

The epidemic was cause for lots of time spent with each other and roommates (shoutout to the Alpha Sigma Pi house and Cooner St girls)!

Alex and Elise enjoy their last year at school together, taking in the many “lasts” in the place they called home for the past four years. After graduating, Alex moves back to Houston to start working while Elise travels to live at home in Prosper, TX. A short trial of long distance allows Alex to start his career and gives Elise time to apply to nursing schools!

Elise moves to Houston to go to nursing school. Alex gets to show Elise around H-town and show her his favorite spots when she isn’t studying. He may have converted her to an Astros fan but she is yet to stray away from the Dallas Cowboys!

Alex and Elise move in together near downtown Houston! Dinner dates, walks to Piggy’s patio bar, movie nights, and walks to Buffalo Bayou become frequent favorites. It’s exciting to be able to come home to your best friend every night

Alex works his magic behind the scenes with the help of family and friends to organize a surprise engagement in Fredericksburg, TX. Best. Day. Ever. It’s surreal to think that after so much time together, this is just the beginning :)
