Our Story

We met in 2015 as high schoolers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas in Parkland, Florida. What started as a friendship quickly became something deeper, one of those rare connections that feels destined from the start. We were best friends, inseparable, and even then, something in both of us just knew: this was it.  Over the years, we grew together, not just as individuals, but as partners. Through the highs and lows, the laughter and lessons, our bond remained unshakable. What we shared wasn’t built overnight, it was built on real friendship, loyalty, growth, and grace.  On December 6, 2016, he asked me to be his girlfriend at 3 Friends Park. Six years later, on that same date and in that same spot, he asked me to be his wife! That moment marked a beautiful full circle proof that some love stories really are written by God from the very beginning.  We believe that what God brings together, no one can tear apart. This love is a gift,rooted in faith, grown through friendship, and guided by purpose. We’ve walked through life hand in hand since we were kids, and now, as adults, we’re choosing each other all over again. Not by accident, but by design.

Transportation 

We will not be providing group transportation for guests, but getting to and from the venue is simple. Complimentary on-site parking is available, and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are easy to arrange in Sarasota. If you plan to enjoy the open bar, we kindly encourage arranging a safe ride in advance.

Travel

Just under 0.5 miles from the venue, The Ringling is Florida’s official state art museum. It spans 66 acres and includes 21 galleries of European, Asian, and American art, the historic Ca’ d’Zan mansion, the Circus Museum, the Asolo Theater, and lovely Bayfront Gardens—all blending art, history, and scenic beauty into one unforgettable experience  

The John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art (commonly known as The Ringling)  

Located just under 0.5 miles from New College of Florida, Ca’ d’Zan is the opulent 56-room waterfront winter home of John and Mable Ringling, completed in 1926  ￼. Designed in a rich Venetian Gothic and Mediterranean Revival style by architect Dwight James Baum, the mansion showcases eclectic details, including terra-cotta ornament, ornate Gothic arches, and Italian Renaissance flourishes  ￼. The interiors reflect Gilded Age grandeur, with murals such as the famed “Dancers of the Nations” ceiling in the ballroom and Venetian-style ornamentation throughout  ￼. Today, guests can tour the beautifully restored first floor and experience the grandeur of the era’s lavish lifestyle  ￼ ￼.

Ca’ d’Zan (The Ringlings’ Mansion)

Siesta Key Beach (~7 miles from the venue) Just a quick 12-minute drive from New College of Florida, Siesta Key Beach is the perfect place to soak up Sarasota’s sunshine and coastal charm. Known for its powder-soft, pure quartz sand that stays cool under your feet, this beach is consistently ranked among the best in the world. Spend the day swimming in the calm, turquoise Gulf waters, playing a game of beach volleyball, or lounging with a good book. When evening comes, don’t miss the famous Sunday sunset drum circle a lively mix of music, dancing, and community spirit.
