Jeremiah 29:11 This verse been a constant reminder and piece of hope that Eliza and Jesse have held close to their hearts throughout their relationship.Eliza and Jesse both attend Destiny Pointe Church, where they met one another in the summer of 2024. Jesse started attending in February of 2024 after re-dedicating his life to the Lord, and Eliza later in April of the same year. They started going to Destiny Pointe Church in search of a deeper relationship with God, and eventually they began seeking a deeper relationship with one another after finding Him.Eliza and Jesse began their relationship in September of 2024 and started their forever the following February. God has continued to overflow their lives with blessings day by day.

Hello my name is Lexi! I have known Eliza for going on 5 years & we were randomly paired as roommates our Freshman year of college and we have been best friends ever since! I am so excited to be able to stand next to her on her big day!❤️

Hey! I’m Mackenzee! Eliza has been my best friend through thick and thin since my freshman year of high school. Eliza and her family took me in and they are like my home away from home. I could not be more proud and excited for Eliza in this moment. She is the older sister I’ve always wanted and I am grateful that I get to be here for her in one of the biggest moments of her life!

Hi, my name is Haylee! I am Eliza's soon to be sister-in-law! Growing up as an only child it was always a little boring. I was so glad to finally have a little sister, especially one who would always keep me on my toes as much as Liza 😉. I'm so honored to be a part of such an amazing and beautiful day!

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn. I am a Commercial Operations Analyst for a cybersecurity company. I enjoy reading, woodworking, and spending time with my dog, Gilligan. I met Eliza in early 2024 through her brother/my boyfriend, Aaron, and we hit it off immediately. I’m so grateful to have her in my life, and I can’t wait to see this next chapter begin!

I met Eliza on the first day she came to Destiny Pointe. I talked with her for a few minutes and just knew how sweet and genuine friendship with her would be. Every time I have seen her since the day we met, she has filled my life with fun, laughter, and refreshing conversations. Watching her and Jesse talk for the first couple weeks, AJ and I would make comments like, "They'll be married in no time". Turns out, we were right and I'm so glad we were. God brought two of the most loving, genuine, lively, and wholesome people together. Their relationship is and is going to be a light and example to so many people. I'm so glad I get a front row seat to watch it all happen.

My name is AJ Skiles. I am the bestest Mench for this wedding. I’ve known the bride and groom for some time now. We met at church and we just knew we were bound to be friends. I’m not saying I set the bride and groom up but I might as well have. What kind of friend would I be to not set them up? But anyway I love these people and I can’t wait to get them hitched and continue to get closer to them and watch them grow in the Lord and their callings.

First we’ll start with the man of the hour. We could go back further than time itself, maybe. We met roughly in the 3rd or 4th grade at a Sunday evening church service and haven’t been able to shake each other. We’ve definitely had our ups and downs but that’s life and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. On the other hand I got to meet the lovely Eliza just a couple months ago when Jesse had a sparkle in his eye and an itch he couldn’t scratch about this woman. He kept talking about how he was going to find a good girl in church and literally the next week later I was shaking her hand and meeting her. No doubt this is one of those “matches made in heaven” type deals you read about in the books. I’m glad I get to be part of their story and get the pleasure of witnessing my best friend and Eliza share the love of God, memories, and experience this short life together!

Calvary greetings! My name is Trevor Borgman and I am Jesse’s hermano de Cristo. Jesse is a man after God’s own heart, and our individual pursuits of the Lord brought us together as close friends. It’s been an honor to see him grow into the amazing man of God he is, and to be a part of his big day.

I’m Hannah, Jesse’s older sister. He and I have been brother and sister for quite some time now - probably too long. Eliza has definitely grown on me more than he has at this point, and I don’t foresee that changing (sorry Jess). The way she is able to put up with his shenanigans honestly amazes me. In all seriousness though, I am so happy Eliza is joining our family and am honored to be a part of their big day. Cheers to the bride and groom!

I remember the night that I found out these two were dating. I was sitting at the Applebee’s on Broadway in Columbia. I remember seeing Jesse smile in a way I’d never seen him smile before, and Eliza couldn’t do a thing but smile and stare at his glorious mustache. I knew at that moment that Unc (Jesse) and Frank (Eliza) were bound to get hitched soon enough. The Bible says, “Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of the Lord.” (Proverbs 18:22). I am so happy that I have been able to be such good friends with this happy couple, and see my sweet Unc find his Good Thing. I love you guys so much, and may God bless you as you enter this new season of life!

I’ve known Jesse for as long as I can remember! We grew up together through school and were roommates in college. During our college years is where we grew to be more like brothers. I couldn’t be more proud of the man Jesse has become and I’m blessed I get to call him a friend!

When should I RSVP by?

Your invitation will have directions on how to send your RSVP. Please RSVP by NO LATER than July 25th, 2025!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to the venue’s capacity, we would ask that you please only RSVP who is in your party and do not add any plus ones on your own. If you are unsure about who is in your party or your plus one, please message Eliza or Jesse personally to know. We would love to have as many there to celebrate with us as possible, but unfortunately cannot exceed our limit. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is alcohol allowed?

We will be providing select drinks for our guests to sip on during “mocktail hour”, as well as special “His and Hers” mocktails designed by the bride and groom! We are also allowing an option to Bring Your Own drinks/seltzers to enjoy during the reception, but NO hard liquor. Thanks for understanding and complying!

Can I Bring Kiddos? 

Jesse and Eliza are keeping this wedding a 16+ event! We would love to celebrate with your kiddos but would like it to stay adults only! Thank you so much for understanding and complying!

What Should I wear?

Bright and beautiful colors are encouraged! This is a fun end of summer event and we want to see everyone in their best and brightest formal wear!
